Stanford University - June 2028
My name is Laolu Oguneye, and I am a rising freshman at Stanford University with an intended major of Computer Science. With individual projects and work done at Jane Street, I’ve explored discrete mathematics, software developments, financial markets, and the intersections between the three. Currently, I am looking to grow my skill set while pursuing a summer 2025 software internship. Within all I do, I seek to epitomize compassion and service. As co-founder of Beacon United, I spearhead the distribution of over 1000 meals to Atlanta's homeless. As co-founder and CEO of Hoop Legendz, a basketball camp that has generated over 200 registrations and over $20,000 in revenues, I ensure affordable access to basketball lessons for Atlanta’s youth. I am unwavering in my commitment to continue being a beacon of hope, love, and advocacy for the marginalized community of the World.
