My name is Laolu Oguneye, and I'm a student at Stanford University majoring in Computer Science & Mathematics. Through individual projects and past work at Jane Street and Google, I’ve explored probability, software development, financial markets, and the intersections between the three. This summer, I'm an Intern at Google in Pittsburgh, growing my skill set and learning in the process. I recently built a venture in the climate-tech space, which taught me about building enterprise software, scaling ventures, and courting investors. I'm always open to building new things and exploring new opportunities, so if you're an investor, a founder, or involved with the tech space in any way, I'd love to chat!
Within all I do, I seek to epitomize compassion and service. As co-founder of Beacon United, I've spearheaded the distribution of 1000+ meals to Atlanta's homeless. As co-founder and CEO of Hoop Legendz, a basketball camp that has generated over 200 registrations and over $20,000 in revenues, I ensure affordable access to basketball lessons for Atlanta’s youth. I am unwavering in my commitment to continue being a beacon of hope, love, and advocacy for the marginalized community of the World.
