My name is Laolu Oguneye, and I'm a freshman at Stanford University majoring in Computer Science & Mathematics. Through my individual projects and my past work at Jane Street's Academy of Math and Programming, I’ve explored probability, software development, financial markets, and the intersections between the three. This summer, I'll be a SDE Intern at Amazon Web Services in Boston, growing my skill set and learning in the process. Within all I do, I seek to epitomize compassion and service. As co-founder of Beacon United, I spearhead the distribution of over 1000 meals to Atlanta's homeless. As co-founder and CEO of Hoop Legendz, a basketball camp that has generated over 200 registrations and over $20,000 in revenues, I ensure affordable access to basketball lessons for Atlanta’s youth. I am unwavering in my commitment to continue being a beacon of hope, love, and advocacy for the marginalized community of the World.
